At Westyn, each bracelet is crafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of the process, every piece is unique and may include slight variations in texture, engraving, or finish.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
If your return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- The item must be sent back in its original condition
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or preference
- Minor differences in design or appearance
- Natural variations due to the handcrafted process
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thewestyn@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items with natural handmade variations
- Final sale items
Slight variations do not qualify as “item not as described.”
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided after verification.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is verified by our team
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
30-Day Warranty (Optional Upsell)
Customers who purchase the 30-Day Warranty at checkout are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- The item must be returned before any refund is issued
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- Orders where production or processing has already started
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on location
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delays caused by logistics, carriers, or high demand do not qualify for refunds.
